Usage
CWT-27 is a liquid blend of non-ionic organic compounds along with an organic corrosion inhibitor for yellow metal protection. CWT-27 penetrates deep in biological deposits like algae in cooling towers and makes the root available for effective biocide action on biological deposits.
The forming tendency enhances the detergency and hence, cleanliness of the cooling towers.
The dispersing action of CWT-27 keeps the heat transfer area clean. The organic corrosion inhibitor forms a barrier film on a yellow metal system like copper and protects it from further corrosion.

Dosage
5 TO 30 PPM.
However, the dosage may vary with the condition and severity of the biological problems in the cooling towers.
Frequency
To avoid excessive forming in the cooling tower basin it can be added daily as an antifouling.
Direction for use
CWT-27 can be added before and after biocide application. Do not mix this chemical with a biocide.
Instruction for use
- Use protective gloves and goggles while handling and chemical preparation
- Wash with plenty of water in case of slippage.
Storage condition
Keep the container tightly closed and properly labeled in a cool place.
